Supporting mentally healthy workplaces in New South Wales

SafeWork NSW, under the Mentally Healthy Workplaces Strategy of the NSW Government, provides free programs and services to organisations of all sizes to promote positive mental health at work.

We were engaged by the lovely folk at Ellis Jones agency as their production partner to develop a suite of case studies to support SafeWork NSW mentally healthy workplaces program – showcasing diverse organisations which had successfully completed the training and improved workplace wellbeing, culture, and overall productivity.

We crafted content that is highly relatable and user-friendly, effectively disseminating information and education to a wide-ranging audience. Our case studies were utilised to attract potential participants to the program and to drive positive change in workplace culture.

The materials have also been leveraged for important events such as RUOK Day and World Mental Health Month, helping to drive further awareness about the significance of mentally healthy workplaces.
